Read The Rub Series #8: Neighborhood Swamp Buck

I've been noticing a trend in the whitetail community of deer coming closer to residential housing? I think it might be because of the ease of getting food and drink? I've seen them even bathing in bird baths on occasion 🤔… As the snow gets deeper in winter or the spring blossoms start to sprout, deer change their eating locations. It just so happens to be easier in and around homes. They’ll chew your shrubs, trees and the occasional trash can buffet!!! I only wish I was able to coax them into chewing my grass through the summer like a herd of goats. I would sell my mower and buy me a new bow and tree stand🙃.
